How to Purchase and Claim Potensic Care Service

Potensic Care Service offers peace of mind with comprehensive protection for your ATOM 2 drone. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you purchase and claim your Potensic Care service with ease.

What is Potensic Care?

Potensic Care is an exclusive protection service designed specifically for the Potensic ATOM 2 drone.

During the coverage period, if your registered drone is damaged or lost due to accidental incidents or normal use, you can receive a fully functional replacement unit — including the battery — after completing the official replacement process.

Potensic Care offers two flexible service plans to suit your needs:

  • 1-Year Potensic Care: Covers 1 year and includes up to 2 replacements.
  • 2-Year Potensic Care: Covers 2 years and includes up to 4 replacements.
How to Purchase Potensic Care
  1. After Activating Your Drone
    Once your drone is successfully activated, the purchase page for Potensic Care will automatically pop up.
    Tap “Purchase Now” to begin your order.
  2. If You Didn't Purchase During Activation
    You can still buy Potensic Care within 48 hours of activation via the following methods:
    • Tap “Purchase/Bind” on the Potensic Eve app homepage
    • Go to My > My Devices > Potensic Care > Purchase Potensic Care to re-enter the purchase page.

    ⚠️ Note: Potensic Care cannot be purchased if more than 48 hours have passed since drone activation.

  3. Choose your Region
    Before proceeding, please select the country or region where you will use the service.
    Currently available in: CA, CN, DE, ES, FR, IT, JP, UK, and US.
    If your location does not appear in the dropdown menu, it means Potensic Care is not yet supported in your region.
  4. Select Your Plan
    Two Potensic Care plans are available based on your needs:
    • 1-Year Plan: Includes 2 replacements within one year.
    • 2-Year Plan: Includes 4 replacements within two years.
  5. Complete Your Order
    Tap “Purchase Now”, select your plan, then tap “Confirm Selection.”
    Fill in the required information and tap “Next.”
    Confirm your order and tap “Submit Order.”
    Choose a payment method and complete the payment.
    You will receive a “Purchase Successful” confirmation email.
  6. Activate Your Protection
    While connected to the internet, return to the Potensic Eve app and connect your drone.
    Potensic Care will automatically bind to your aircraft. ✅ Once binding is complete, your coverage is active.

Important: Please bind your drone immediately after purchase. If an incident occurs before binding is complete, your service benefits may be invalid.

🔁 How to Replace a Damaged Drone

In case your drone suffers accidental damage, water exposure, or normal wear:

  1. Apply for Replacement
    Go to My > My Devices > Potensic Care > Replace Drone and contact customer support.
  2. Return the Damaged Unit
    Follow the instructions provided by support to ship back the damaged drones or parts.
  3. Inspection & Resolution
    Once Potensic receives the returned unit, a diagnostic inspection will be carried out.
    You will then be offered the appropriate solution(s).
    If any fees apply, you can choose the option that best suits your needs and proceed with the corresponding payment.
    After you confirm the solution, we will begin the repair or replacement process accordingly.
    • Repair: We’ll fix and return the drone.
    • Replacement: We’ll collect the damaged drone and send a replacement.
  4. Bind the Replacement Drone
    Once you receive the replacement, bind it to your existing Potensic Care service to ensure continued coverage.
🚁 Flyaway Replacement Process

If your drone is lost during flight:

  1. Submit Flyaway Certification
    Go to My > My Devices > Device Info > Flyaway Certification.
    Make sure your mobile device is connected to the remote controller and online.
    - Read all instructions carefully.
    - Select the flyaway date and confirm to mark the drone as lost.
    - You will receive a “Flyaway Certification Successful” email.

❗️The certified drone will be disabled for further use.

  1. Complete the Replacement Process
    Contact customer support immediately after certification.
    Follow the provided replacement steps and pay the replacement fee.
    (Fees vary; refer to the replacement payment screen for details.)
  2. Receive and Bind the New Drone
    Once you receive the replacement, bind it to your Potensic Care plan to resume full protection.

Note: Potensic Care Service is currently available only for the Potensic ATOM 2 drone.
