Potensic has officially announced its new ATOM drone. The ATOM Drone is a lightweight, palm-sized foldable camera drone that weighs less than 249 grams. This not only makes it very portable but also regulation-friendly and exempt from drone regulations in several parts of the world. The design of the ATOM is similar to its predecessor ATOM SE, but it has an improved 3-axis gimbal camera and plenty of advanced intelligent flying features, making it more suitable and impressive for hobbyists.

The second iteration ATOM drone has undergone a number of upgrades, most notably including a 3-axis Gimbal Camera and PixSnyc 3.0™ Transmission Technology, which offers a control range of 6 km (approximately 3.7 miles) and ensures stable, consistent video in most shooting conditions and enables low latency for HD digital video from distance. Creative features such as QuickShots, Intelligent Visual Tracking, and precise camera settings are included through the 4K HD camera.
