The limited warranty provided by the manufacturer shall in no way affect any potential statutory warranties provided by law. Potensic reserves all rights for the final explanation.
2. 12-Month Hassle-Free Warranty
All new items sold directly by Potensic or our authorized Amazon retailers are covered by a 12-month warranty (excluding refurbished products), starting from the purchase date. Register your drone via: Product Registration
Note: Accessories like propellers are not covered by warranty.
3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason
Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of delivery (excluding refurbished products). Once the returned item arrives back at our warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
- Returns must include all accessories
- Items must include original packaging
- Buyer is responsible for shipping costs (non-quality related returns)
- Refund only includes product cost (non-quality related)
- Returns not meeting requirements may be rejected
- Small processing fees may apply

Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after initiating a warranty claim. For purchases not made directly through Potensic or authorized Amazon retailers, please contact your seller.
Refurbished Products Return Policy
15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
- 15-day return window from delivery
- Product must be in like-new condition with all original packaging and accessories
- Refurbished products come with a 3-month warranty. During this period, Potensic will cover any product quality-related issues. However, refurbished products can only be exchanged for refurbished units, not new ones.
4. Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
Items with quality issues will be replaced with a refurbished model of equal value when available, or with a new item if not.
Warranties on replacements follow the original item's remaining period or 3 months, whichever is longer.
- Provide proof of purchase
- Provide visible defect proof and serial number
- Potensic may request the item be returned for inspection
Valid Proof of Purchase Includes:
- Order number from Potensic or authorized Amazon retailers
- Sales invoice
- Dated receipt showing product description and price
Warranty claims for defects expire 90 days after claim initiation or when the warranty ends—whichever is longer.
5. Shipping Costs Must Be Covered by Buyer in the Following Cases:
- Non-defect returns
- Warranty claims outside original country of purchase
- Accidental/personal returns
- Returns found to be in working condition
- International return shipping
- Unauthorized return processes
- Warranty has already been claimed for the order
6. Not Covered Under Warranty
- No proof of purchase
- Lost/stolen items
- Expired warranty
- Non-quality issues after 30 days
- Free products
- Damage from pilot error, crashes, fire, water, improper use, or weather
- Unauthorized modifications/repairs
- Low battery flights, overloading, electromagnetic interference
- Data loss, third-party damage/support, removed/altered serial labels
7. Warranty Applies to Original Product Only
The warranty does not cover software or third-party accessories. Check license agreements or exceptions where applicable.

We may locate your order via email/name/address. If the item was a gift, please ask the original purchaser to assist with the receipt.
9. Policy for Refurbished Products
Refurbished items undergo strict quality checks and include a 3-month warranty. Replacements are only available as refurbished units.
