30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason
We have a 30-day return policy, which means undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Before claiming your return, please contact us at info@potensic.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Once the returned item arrives back in Potensic's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin, the refund may require an additional 3-5 business days to process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
  • Returns must include all accessories
  • Items must include original packaging
  • For non-quality related refund claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
  • For non-quality related refund claims, Potensic refunds the cost of purchasing the product itself
  • Returns may be rejected if product does not meet the above requirements
  • There might be a small amount of processing fee for returned orders.
  • There will be no refund of delivery charge on the return of delivered orders.
Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items after this 30-day window has lapsed. For purchases not made directly through Potensic’s online stores or other Potensic authorized retailers on Amazon, please contact your sellers for refunds. 
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

You can request Replacement Service:

√ Within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving the product if the product has sustained a substantial damage in transit, provided always that the damage proof issued by the carrier can be provided to Potensic.
√ Within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving the product if the product does not match the original description of the product in one or more significant respects.
√ Within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving the product if the product suffers performance failure.

Replacement Service will not be provided where:

  • Service is requested more than thirty (30) calendars days after receiving a product.
  •  Legal proof-of-purchase, receipts, or invoices are not provided, or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
  • A product sent to Potensic for replacement does not include all original accessories, attachments and packaging, or contains items damaged by user error.
  • A product is found to have no defects after all appropriate tests are conducted by Potensic.
  • Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.
  • Product labels, serial numbers, water damage marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
  • Damage is caused by uncontrollable external factors, including fires, floods, high winds, or lightning strikes.
  • Received product has not been sent back to Potensic in fourteen (14) calendar days after replacement confirmation from Potensic.
  • Proof of damage during transit issued by the carrier cannot be provided.
  • Other circumstances stated in this policy.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method in 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
