Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

We have a 30-day return policy, which means undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Before claiming your return, please contact us at info@potensic.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Once the returned item arrives back in Potensic's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. The refund may require an additional 3–5 business days to process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Returns must include all accessories
  • Items must include original packaging
  • For non-quality related refund claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
  • For non-quality related refund claims, Potensic refunds the cost of the product only
  • Returns may be rejected if the product does not meet the above requirements
  • A small processing fee may apply for returned orders
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. Requests after this window cannot be processed. For purchases not made directly through Potensic’s online store or authorized sellers on Amazon, please contact the original seller for refunds.

While all Potensic refurbished products undergo rigorous quality checks, we want you to be completely satisfied. Your refurbished item comes with:

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Requirement: Like-new condition with all original packaging and accessories
Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Replacement Service Policy

You can request Replacement Service:

  • Within 30 calendar days of receiving the product if it was substantially damaged in transit (with carrier-issued damage proof)
  • Within 30 calendar days of receiving the product if it does not match the original description in one or more significant respects
  • Within 30 calendar days of receiving the product if it suffers a performance failure

Replacement Service will not be provided under the following conditions:

  • No legal proof of purchase, or documentation is believed to be forged or altered
  • Service is requested more than 30 days after receiving the product
  • Returned product is missing original accessories, attachments, or packaging, or is damaged due to user error
  • No fault found after Potensic’s inspection
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, water/moisture, sand, or incorrect operation
  • Product labels, serial numbers, or water damage marks show signs of tampering
  • Damage from uncontrollable events (e.g., fire, flood, wind, lightning)
  • Returned item not sent back within 14 calendar days after replacement confirmation
  • Carrier damage proof cannot be provided
  • Other circumstances as stated in this policy
Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
