Contact and Diagnose
Contact Potensic after-sales technical support to diagnose and confirm issues. Customer may need to pay for the repair if product and issues doesn't comply with the warranty policies.
Return and Repair
Customers send the product to Potensic repair center. Our staff will test the product and feedback the exact time period for the repairing.
Repaired and Delivery
Potensic repairs the products and test it when all repairing were done. Then send it back to customers.
Notes: The repair service is only available for ATOM Series Drone currently. Services will be available for other models soon, stay tuned!.
