Where does my order ship from?

It depends on the delivery address of your order.  We have warehouses in the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Czech Republic. Your order will be fulfilled and shipped from the nearest location.

* Orders of the new ATOM in September are shipped from China.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently mainly support orders delivered to US mainland addresses (PO Box address is not supported). Some of the certain models also support orders delivered to the United Kingdom and European countries.

What shipment methods do you offer, and how long does the delivery take?

Most standard shipments are sent through USPS. The specific service and carrier depend on the size and weight of your order. All orders will be shipped within 48 after your order reaches us, normally the delivery time is around 3-5 business days. (It may vary during public holidays or busy seasons like Black Friday and Christmas.). FAQ:

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

How long does the dispatch take?

The goods are dispatched within 48h after your order reaches us. Shipping times may vary during public holidays.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is in route.

What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?
